The Start Point audit was conducted in all partner countries (Germany, Austria, Finland, Cyprus, Portugal, and Slovenia) with the goal of identifying the weak points, gaps, flaws, and needs when it comes to highlight the local community’s citizenship competences and educational assets. The research involved the local community members and associations, and resulted in a document describing the methods, tools, and experiences related to the citizenship learning experiences for disadvantaged adults in each country.
